God says many things in the Bible. He says things for believers and then he says things for unbelievers. And however, when God says something, it's a two -way contract, You're either under contract as a believer or you're under contract as an unbeliever. So, God does exactly what he says. The Bible states in Numbers 23:19 God is not a man, so he does not lie. He is not human.

So, he does not change his mind he has He ever spoken and failed to act? in Malachi 3:6 It says for I am the Lord I do not change Ezekiel 24:14 I the Lord have spoken it it shall come to pass and I will do it I will not go back neither will I spare neither will I repent according to thy ways in Matthew 7 24 through 27 it says everyone who hears my teaching and applies it to his life can be compared to a

wise man who built his house on an unshakable foundation. When the rains fell and the flood came with fierce winds beating upon his house, it stood firm because of the strong foundation. But everyone who hears my teaching and does not apply it to his life can be compared to a foolish man who built his house on sand. When it rained and rained and the flood came with the wind and the waves beating upon his house, it collapsed and was swept away.

So, for non -believers, people who don't apply the teachings and have rejected God, the Bible tells us this, Acts 14:2 but the unbelieving Jews stirred up the Gentiles and poisoned their minds against their brothers. In John 3:6 whoever believes in the Son has eternal life. Whoever rejects the Son will not see life. Instead, the wrath of God remains on him. 2 Thessalonians 1:8

Within a flame of fire, he will bring perfect and full justice to those who do not know God, and on those who refuse to embrace the gospel of the Lord Jesus.

Revelations 21:8 But as for the cowardly, the faithless, the despicable, the murderers, the perverts, the sorcerers, the idolaters, and all the deceivers, they will find their place in the lake of fire and sulfur, which is the second death. But come on, for the believers, Matthew 7:24 everyone who hears my teaching and applies it to his life can be compared to a wise man who built his house on an unshakable foundation.

There's an action you have to either decide am I going to apply the word of God to my life or am I going to reject the word of God to my life and We as believers who have applied this and embraced the gospel of Jesus, We're believers, but one of the biggest problems today is Where a major part of the body of Christ

a lot of believers don't even know what the word of the Lord says. And it's based, they base their doctrine off other people's experiences. They base their doctrine off of what other people say. And they don't get in the word to see if what that person's saying is true. Listen, you can't base your doctrine off anything except the word of God. Amen?

there are promises in the word for believers. There are promises.

God does what he says, and his word is secure. And that's good news because there's a lot of things in the word that are great for the believers. And we know that he will do what he says he's going to do because he cannot lie. In Exodus 23:25 it says, you must serve only the Lord your God. If you do, I will bless

you with food and water and I will protect you from illness." And then he says in Philippians 4:19 and my God shall supply all your need according to his riches and his glory by Jesus Christ. So, we can stand on that word. You can stand on that, Because why? God does what he says. And maybe you're sitting here, maybe you're sitting here thinking, geez, I don't know if this is going to work for me. Because you know,

Things in life have happened to you and maybe you backslid a bit maybe you screwed up made a mistake and it's okay God is a merciful God amen why is it okay Jeremiah 3:21 through 22 states a voice is heard on the bare Heights the weeping and pleading of the sons of Israel because they have perverted their ways they have eagerly forgotten the Lord their God return ohhh

faithless son says the Lord and I will heal your faithlessness, and they answered behold we come to you for you are the Lord our God and God does what he says so all you need to do is repent and turn back to the Lord hallelujah hallelujah listen the eye of God never sleeps his eyes like

It's over every creature, every moment of every day, amen? And he sees you. He sees you everywhere. There's nowhere you can go that God doesn't see you. He sees you in your home. He sees you at your job. He sees you in the shower. He sees you at Weiss. He sees you everywhere, amen? And not only does he see you, but he can hear your thoughts.

That's why it's so important, so important to be careful of what you're meditating on. Amen. He sees your judgment. He sees your hope. He sees when you're in lust. He sees greed. He sees love. Amen? And you wonder after him seeing all that, that he doesn't cut us down. He lifts us up.

He's not a Godfather, he's not up there waiting for you to screw up so he can punish you. He's a loving God, amen. Isaiah 57:18 I have seen his ways, and I will heal him. He's seen your ways and still says, guess what, I will heal you. I will lead him also and restore comfort unto him and to his mourners. He will heal you. He restores. He's a God of restoration.

Thank him. We should be thanking God for his mercy every day. Every day. Thank you. Thank you, Lord, that you are not a man that you cannot lie. Thank you, Lord, that you said that you will turn this situation around. And even if I backslid, even if I screwed up, all I got to do is come to you in true repentance and you're going to turn it around. Amen. So, Ezra chapter one before this nebuchadnezzar, he destroyed Jerusalem, and he defeated the southern kingdom.

of Judah and he took the Jews captive into Babylon. And years before this even took place, God spoke through a prophet and his name was Jeremiah. He spoke and told Jeremiah that the Jews were going to remain in captivity for 70 years. So, in Jeremiah 25:11 it says this, entire land will become a desolate wasteland. Israel and her neighboring lands will serve the king of Babylon for 70 years. And guess what?

God's words true. He does what he says because that's exactly what happened they were captured and they were held captive for 70 years in Jeremiah 29:10 through 11 It says this is what the Lord says when 70 years are completed for Babylon I will come to you and fulfill my good promise to bring you back to this place For I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord plans to prosper you not to harm you plans to give you hope

and a future. So, this is verse 11. I want to read this again to you. For I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Listen, many of us have seen this scripture, right? We've seen it, even people who aren't even saved, right? They've seen it on a bumper sticker, they've seen it may be on a coffee cup.

It's placed there to encourage people to have hope, have hope in the future that God will come and work things out for you. I want you to look at this because in the King James Version, it says, for I know the thoughts that I think towards you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil and to give you an expected end.

There has to be an expectation. How come they don't put the King James version on the coffee cup and the bumper sticker? That's pretty important. To give you an expected end. Listen, the word expect in Greek, it's called prestakeo. It means to look forward to what will probably occur, And that's whether it's in hope or if it's in dread.

Because there's an expectation. It doesn't say to give you a good expectation or a bad expectation. It just tells you to give you an expected end. So here what it's saying is you get what you expect. I want everybody to say I expect greatness. Hallelujah.

Do you know why in other translations Jeremiah 29:11 says plans to give you hope in the future? It's because it was a word from the Lord. The people knew that God does what he says, and they hoped, they waited for it and they expected by faith because it was promised by God.

Ezra 1, in the first year of Cyrus, king of Persia, the word of the Lord by the mouth of Jeremiah might be fulfilled. This is really good because God is going to do what he said. Amen. The Lord stirred up the spirit of Cyrus, king of Persia, so that he made a proclamation throughout all of his kingdom and put it in writing. Thus say Cyrus, king of Persia, the Lord, the God of heaven has given me all the kingdoms of the earth, and he has charged me to build him a house at Jerusalem, which is in Judah.

Whoever is among you of all his people may his God be with him and let him go up to Jerusalem which is in Judah and rebuild the house of the Lord. The God of Israel, he is the God who is in Jerusalem. So, this is over 200 years before this happened.

200 years before this happened, God spoke and said in Isaiah 44:28 that say it's Cyrus He is my shepherd and shall perform all my pleasure even saying to Jerusalem though shall be built and to the temple thy foundation shall be laid Isaiah 45:13 I have raised him up in righteousness and I will direct all of his ways He shall build my city and he shall let go of my captives not for price or reward says the Lord of hosts

So over 200 years before this even took place, God said it was going to happen, and it did. This proves that God does what he says.

Verse four and let every survivor in whatever place he sojourns be assisted by the men of his place with silver and gold and with goods and with the beasts, besides free will offerings for the house of God that is in Jerusalem. Then rose up the heads of the father's houses of Judah and Benjamin and the priests of the Levites and everyone whose spirit had stirred up to go and rebuild the house of the Lord that's in Jerusalem. And all who were about them aided them with vessels of silver, with gold, with goods, with beasts, and with costly wares

beside all that was freely offered. Cyrus the king also brought out the vessels of the house of the Lord that Nebuchadnezzar had carried away from Jerusalem and he placed them in the house of his gods. Again, over 200 years before this happened, God said in Isaiah 45:1-3

of kings to open before him the two leaved gates, and the gates shall not be shut. I will go before him and make the crooked path straight. I will break into pieces the gates of brass and cut into the sunder the bars of iron. And I will give the treasures of the darkness and hidden riches of the secret places that thou may knowest that I am the Lord which call thee by name. I am the God of Israel." And guess what? God did exactly what he said he was going to do. Because Israel

was liberated, they were freed from captivity, and the decree was made for the building of Jerusalem, the rebuilding of the temple, 200 years before it even started, God had wrote in there and told them exactly what he was going to do, and that's what happened. And then not only that, and God provided all the materials, he provided everything for the rebuild, he provided everything needed for the return,

King Cyrus, he had nothing to worry about. He had nothing to worry about because he knew that God was going to do what he said he was going to do. All King Cyrus had to do was yield himself as a tool to be used by God. So, if God says, by HIS stripes you are healed, guess what? You're healed because he does what he says.

If God says we go from glory to glory and blessing to blessing, then I'm blessed, you're blessed, amen? Amen. So, yield, you have to take this word personally. the Bible was written specifically for you, specifically for you. And it's the same yesterday, today, and forever,

Isaiah 7:14 therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign, behold the virgin shall conceive and bear a son and shall call his name Immanuel. Do you know that was written 680 years before it happened? Why? Because God put it in there and then does what he says. Matthew 1, 22 through 23. Now all this was done that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the Lord, by the prophet saying, behold the virgin shall be with child and shall bring forth a son and they should call him Emmanuel

Which being interpreted is God with us God did what he said we got Jesus say that First Corinthians 15:57 but thanks be to God which give us victory through our Lord Jesus Christ I want to go back to King Cyrus real quick Josephus was an ancient historian, and he wrote that

that King Cyrus literally went to the temple, took out Isaiah, and seen his name there. Do think he had anything to fear? Could you imagine being King Cyrus and not knowing that your name was in the scrolls? And then all of sudden somebody said, hey listen, you really got to see this. This happened 200 years, 200 years ago. He must have been like, I got this, right?

But guess what? Every promise in here, everything that it says about a believer, about a child of God, that's for you. It was written just for you. Amen? Amen.

John 4:34 Jesus said to them, my food is to do the will of him who sent me to finish the work. Luke 22:37 for the time has come for this prophecy about me to be fulfilled. He was counted amongst the rebels. Yes, everything written about me by the prophets will come true. John 19:30 when Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said it is finished. He bowed his head and gave up the ghost.

Our Christian life starts at it is finished.

So, it is finished. the word in the Greek is called tetelestai. And tetelestai comes from the verb telio, which means to bring to an end, to complete or to accomplish something. It's a crucial word because it signifies the success to a particular course of action. It's a word that...

you would use if you were in a race, and you crossed the finish line. It's a word that you would use that if you had a car payment and you made all the payments and you came to the last payment, The word means more than I just survived. It means I completed and did what I came to do.

John 17, one through four. Father, the hour has come. Glorify your son that your son may glorify you. For you granted him authority over all people, that he may have eternal life to all those you have given him. Now this eternal life that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have said, I have brought you glory on earth by finishing the work you gave me to do. So, he finished it. Listen, you don't have to fight for victory.

You know, most Christians think, man, that they have to go out, they have to fight every day, that they're just fighting and living in this world until they get to heaven. And no! It's because they don't know! We have victory through Jesus Christ. Amen?

1 John 4, 9 through 10. The light of God's love shined within us when he sent his matchless son into the world so that we might live through him. This is love. He loved us long before we loved him. It was his love, not ours. He proved it by sending his son to be the pleasing sacrificial offering to take away our sins. So, Jesus defeated sin. Everybody say that. Jesus defeated sin. Sin's not our enemy

the number one way to beat sin is by putting the word of God in your heart.

Psalms 119, nine through 11. How can a young man stay pure? Only by living in the word of God and walking in its truth. I have longed for you with the passion of my heart. Don't let me stray from your directions. I consider your word to be my greatest treasure, and I treasure it in my heart to keep me from committing sins, treason against you. Listen, some people struggle with sin because people preach the wrong things.

We don't preach where we think people are at. A lot of times, a lot of places, you go into a meeting, and they'll try to preach to where they think the people are at. So, the average Christian sins a lot because they have an unrenewed mind.

They don't think that there's much difference between a sinner and a believer except for the fact that they believe in Jesus Christ. They don't think that there's power in the word of God. Romans 1:16 for I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes. Hebrews 4:12

For the word of God is alive and powerful and sharper than the sharpest two -edged sword, cutting between the soul and spirit, between joint and marrow, and it exposes our innermost thoughts and desires. The word of God, it's alive. It's power.

Psalms 107:20 He sent his word and healed them and delivered them from their destructions. the word heals. It delivers. It's what healed Mike of kidney cancer. Amen? And you can't get this with your head. No matter how hard you try.

We get the things of God with our spirit, and that's why the most important thing for you to do is to get out of your head. Because the enemy's going to try. Listen, there's always two voices. There's going to be the word of God being preached at you, and then it's going to be the enemy whispering in your ear, yeah, you heard that before, yeah, that might have worked for them, but I don't know if it'll work for you. He's always going to come and try to steal the word.

And here's the thing, they're not even your thoughts. They're demonic thoughts being shot at you like little fiery arrows to try to get you to meditate and to give up the word that's coming forth, so when that happens, you just tell them to shut up, so if I hear you screaming shut up, it's a good thing, amen? Amen.

Listen, the devil, he tries to come and tell Christians that he's still able to do whatever he wants to do.

Everything that the devil does is to distract you from the light of the word of God. In 1 John 3:8 it says, when people keep on sinning, it shows that they belong to the devil who has been sinning since the beginning. But the son of God came to destroy the works of the devil. So, God destroyed the works of the devil. Jesus has set us free. Jesus beat sin, he beat depression, he beat cancer, he beat it all.

He gave the devil a beat down, the only thing that the Bible says about the devil is that he fell, he's defeated, and where he's going for a child of God. If you're not a child of God, then he has every right to beat the crap out of you.

there is victory and Jesus has already purchased it for you. This isn't something that you have to earn. It's a free gift. It's free gift.

Romans 5:19 Because one-person disobeyed God, many became sinners. But because when one other person obeyed God, many will be made righteous. So no, you were a sinner. You were a sinner. And then when you gave your life and gave your heart to Jesus,

You became righteous. You're no longer that sinner anymore. Yeah, you might have screwed up or did something, but you are not that sinful person. You are not living under the wrath. You're living as a son or daughter. Galatians 2:20 I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. And the life which I now live in the flesh,

I live by the faith of the Son of God who loved me and gave himself for me. 2 Corinthians 5:17 therefore if anyone is in Christ, this person is a new creation. The old things passed away, behold new things have come. So, you're not an old sinner, you're a newborn creation.

Ephesians 2:24 and to be transformed as you embrace the glorious Christ within you as your new life and live in union with him for God has recreated you all over again and his perfect righteousness and now you belong to him in the true realm of holiness huh so even though you may have sinned okay and After you gave your life to Jesus you were still a new creature The devil will try to get in your head and say see

yeah, I don't know if you're saved, you did that thing again. You're never going to get over this. The devil comes to bring condemnation on you, to bring you to a place of doubting God.

He's a liar, right? And a loser. He's a loser. And yeah, there's times we fall short, but that's why we just repent and move on. Amen. Praise God. You're still a new creature. You're still righteous. Amen.

The same day that you got born again, you have just as much victory as Billy Graham did. Just being one minute born again.

The greatest miracle that you've already received, you receive with salvation. Jeremiah 33:8 I will cleanse them from their iniquity by which they have sinned against me. And I will pardon all their iniquities by which they have sinned and by which they have been transgressed against me. Jeremiah 33:6 Behold, I will bring it health and healing. I will heal them and reveal to them the abundance of peace and truth. So, he brings you from death to life. And guess what?

comes with salvation.

And when you ask somebody, when you ask somebody and you say to them, and they know they're born again, they've been in the church, they've given their life to the Lord, and you say to them, if you were to die today, do you know beyond a shadow of a doubt that you would go to heaven? somebody who really knows, absolutely, and you'll say, well why? Because I have Jesus in my heart, I love him, he's my savior, I serve him, that's awesome. Well then how come the body of Christ is believing that the power of God

work when they're dead to bring them to heaven but the power of God and the healing that we need here on earth because we don't need healing in heaven amen none right how come we're not believing that everything he tells us that we're already healed is how come we can't believe that why we're alive you're believing for the power to work when you're dead

but not while you're alive. This book is for while we're living. We won't mean the Bible in heaven; we're going to be with the Word. The Word became flesh and dwelt amongst us,

Mark 16, 17 through 18, and these signs shall follow them that believe, in my name they shall cast out devils, they shall speak with new tongues, they shall take up serpents, and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them, and they shall lay hands on the sick, and the sick shall die. No! The sick shall recover. Recover!

this was the last words of Jesus before he ascended to heaven. So, he had the disciples around him, he was about to ascend to heaven, and the last word he says is recover. Do you know what recover means? To bring back to natural state, to restore. To recover means Jesus said, hey listen, I'm commissioning you to go out and my father wants you to get his children and recover them.

You're recovered. You have the right to teach. You have the right to preach. You have the right to lay hands on the sick.

If you are born again, you have the greatest power, the highest power living on the inside of you. The same power that raised Jesus from the dead lives on the inside of you. And once you get a hold of that, once you just step out and faith in that and you use the name of Jesus and you lay hands on the sick, they will recover. God will back

you up amen amen because why you're anointed the Holy Spirit has anointed every single one of you Romans 8 4 through 7 says so now every righteous requirement of the law can be fulfilled through the anointed one living his life in us and we are free to live not according to the flesh but by the dynamic power of the Holy Spirit those who are motivated by the flesh only pursue what benefits themselves but those who live by the impulse

of the Holy Spirit are motivated to pursue spiritual realities. For the sense and reason of the flesh is death, but the mindset controlled by the Spirit finds life and peace. In fact, the mindset focused on the flesh fights God's plan and refuses to submit to his direction because it cannot. So, the power of our new life, it doesn't come from our weak humanity. It comes from the Holy Spirit.

It comes from God and then it's released in us and then it's released out of us. 2 Corinthians 4:7 Now he who establishes us with you in Christ and had anointed us as God. So, you already have the anointing. You have the power of God living on the inside of you right now.

So, the question isn't, hey, are you anointed? The question is, do you know how to release that anointing? Do you know? Because we have to learn how to let it flow. And it takes yielding. You know, when people have a hard time in service yielding, typically what they're doing, basically they're just resisting the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit wants to come and untap the well. And it takes yielding. It takes yielding to pour that river out. It takes, Lord, I don't care what it looks like. And most people won't allow the Holy Spirit to move on them because they have a fear of man. They're afraid of what people are going to think about them or what the person behind them might see. Who cares?

It takes yielding. Proverbs 29:25 Fear and intimidation is a trap that holds you back. Let me say that again. Fear and intimidation is a trap that holds you back. But when you place your confidence in the Lord, you will be seated in a high place. So, there's things that hinder the Holy Spirit from touching you. And fear of man is one of the biggest because it's a fear. They hold you back. Listen, people want to receive from God, but they want it on their

terms. God don't work that way. People may say, you know Lord I don't want to look weird; I don't want to laugh, you know it's just not my personality. God don't care about your personality. He doesn't.

Stop telling the Lord what he can and can't do in your life. No one cares what you look like. Listen, nobody cares. People really truly only care about themselves. They do. It's human nature.

Lord, touch me, do whatever you want. I don't care what it looks like. Amen? And when you yield, when you yield, He'll touch you. The river will flow. And

Maybe you're sitting here and you're saying, you know what, I need more love. I need more patience.

Romans 5:5 And hope makes us not ashamed because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given to us. So no, you don't need more love. God's perfect love is shed abroad in your heart. What you need is to yield and allow that love to flow. When you say, when you say, Lord, I need more love, I need more patience,

You better be careful because you know what he does He's going to send some people along your way to test your love and test your patience He'll send bothersome people. Amen. The Bible says in Hosea 4:6 my people are destroyed for a lack of knowledge Knowledge of what? you can know God as your Savior But do you know him as your healer? You can know God

as your healer, but do know him as your provider? Who do you know God as?

Matthew 8, 16 through 17, that evening many demon possessed people were brought to Jesus. He cast the evil spirit with a simple command, and he healed all the sick. This fulfilled the word of the Lord through the prophet Isaiah who said, he took our sicknesses and removed our diseases. So, the question is, who do you know God as?

So, while you're sitting here the word is going to be preached. It's building the foundation. The foundation is being built. So, the next time that you hear some garbage, you turn on the radio and you hear, well, you know, sometimes life, know, sometimes in your you're on the top of the mountain. Sometimes you're in the valley. No, you can say no. No. Where does it say that for a child of God? Because the Bible says that children of God go from glory to glory. It says in Psalms 115: 12-

14 the Lord will never forget us in our need. He will bless us indeed He will bless the house of Israel. He will bless the house of Aaron his priest Yes, he will bless his devoted lovers who bow before him no matter who they are God himself will fill you with more blessing upon blessings will be heaped upon you and upon your children from the maker of heaven and earth the very God who made you so as a Christian as a child of God you don't expect going from

mountain and falling in a valley. You expect better and better. God said to Joshua 1:5 there shall not be any man able to stand before you all the days of your life as I was with Moses so I will be with you I will not forsake you. So, if God is with you how can there be a time of loss?

God Himself is on the inside of you. a loss means that something's gone wrong. And if something has gone wrong, it's not God's fault, it's your fault. It's never God's fault. And people will hear wrong doctrine. And then you will see how when you have the right doctrine, how your foundation changes. Jesus said it's finished. And He defeated sin.

Defeated it. Romans 6:14 for sin shall have no dominion over you, for you are not under the law but under grace.

Sin is spiritual. sin births disease. sin shall have no dominion over me.

Because the devil will start shooting thoughts to you. No, devil, sin should have no dominion over me. Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law.

You don't have to earn it. There's nothing you can do to earn your healing.

But people in the world, listen, in God's eyes, a cold and stage four cancer is the same thing. It does not belong in his kingdom. It comes from sin, from the fall, and all it needs to do, it's a demon entity that comes on a person, and if a person accepts it and doesn't know who they are in Christ, then they're going to die from it. Because that demon's job is to take that

person out.

our bodies are going to die. And we still have an effect of sin because inevitably they go towards the grave. But what I want you guys to understand is we don't have to suffer. You can decide when you go home to be with the Lord. Everybody thinks, yeah, God knows everything because he knows everything from the beginning from the end, right? But you can make the decision, I'm not going out of here sick.

I'm not going out of here with any disease.

We decide the day. Death doesn't decide the day. Death is actually a person. That's why the Bible calls it a cruel slave master. Kind of like the Grim Reaper.

So, my life with God, your life with God, it starts with, is finished. It is finished. The devil's been defeated, he's under your feet.

What you need to know is Jesus has done everything that he's already going to do. He is not doing another thing. Because the Bible says, hey listen, my job's done here, and because my job's done here, and I'm sitting at the right hand of the Father, I'm giving you the same power that I walked on the earth for you to be my hands and feet. And now it's up to you to do the work that I did.

You have the same power that Jesus had when he walked the face of the earth. Amen. Hallelujah. It's finished. So, what does that mean? You have victory. Health is yours. Say healing is mine. Joy is mine. Dominion over sickness is mine. Hallelujah.

Listen, you have all the power over the enemy. The devil can't do anything to you unless you allow him to. You have more power in you than you can defeat Satan himself.

1 John 4:4 you are of God little children and have overcome them because greater is he that's in you than he that's in the world. So, people sometimes read this, and they just take it as a suggestion. Like, yeah, that sounds good. No, do you get what this says? Greater is he who is the power of God living on the inside of you than he who's in the world. You have the highest power living on the inside of you. Hallelujah.
